West Liberty is accepting applications for the position of Colorguard Instructor with the Marching Hilltoppers for Fall 2009. This is a partial-season position (appr. August 10-September 1) and is renewable based on the success of the candidate. Duties include teaching Colorgaurd/dance fundamentals, choreography of 2009 shows, facilitate sectional rehearsals, etc. Preference will be given to individuals with previous DCI and/or collegiate-level colorguard teaching and/or performing experience. The primary need is for marching camp (August 17-23rd), though there may be some time before and after those dates needed. After show #1, the goal is to have trained a responsible enough member of the team to choreograph the next show.
